Warranty Claims apply only to manufacturing defects, faulty materials, or workmanship issues. Warranty claims are covered under our 30-day limited warranty and are handled according to our Warranty Policy.
If your product is defective, damaged due to manufacturing issues, or stops working under normal use, please submit a warranty claim, not a return request.
