Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

  • Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Our support team is available to guide you through the return process.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

 

2. Return Costs

 

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free if the product is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind, or ordered the wrong size/color, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

 

3. How to Initiate Return

  • Repack: Place the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  • Ship: Use the return instructions provided in your authorization email. You may use the recommended carrier or your preferred shipping method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Warranty & Returns

 

Returns and warranty claims are handled under separate policies:

  • Returns & Refunds apply when you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product. These requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy conditions.

  • Warranty Claims apply only to manufacturing defects, faulty materials, or workmanship issues. Warranty claims are covered under our 30-day limited warranty and are handled according to our Warranty Policy.

If your product is defective, damaged due to manufacturing issues, or stops working under normal use, please submit a warranty claim, not a return request.
