This works exactly as advertised. You will love the shiatsu effect as it is STRONG. And, it is totally normal to feel a bit footsore the first few times you use it. Enduring this minor inconvenience to open up one’s meridians, get the Chi flowing, and gain a deeper level of healing is worth the trouble. By about my seventh time using it, the pain went away and now I crave this treatment every other day or three.
