Recommended for musicians wanting a small inexpensive “no frills” stereo guitar pedalboard monitor. I bought this to replace a previous purchase of a DOSS Soundbox XL. The DOSS may be fine for BLUETOOTH streaming (I did not try) but the DOSS has distorted “tubby” bass when using the AUX port at moderate or higher volume.
When using the AUX input with my small pedalboard, this SANSUI Groove III was much more natural sounding, with more obvious stereo spread and without the DOSS distorted bass.
This will obviously not replace much more expensive options like the YAMAHA THR10 but sometimes you just need “good enough with no frills”.
